Disabled? We are here to try and show that living in a wheelchair doesn't mean you should sit idly at home waiting for the next day to come. We believe that's when attitude becomes the real disability. Life is what you make of it. Live life to the full while you can. Our solution for getting out of the house has been to try a little adventure travel.

south africa

The only real part pf South Africa that we saw was Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Cape Town is a city that is surrounded by sea on one side and Table Mountain on the other side.

The view from the top of Table Mountain is something that has to be experienced. The trip up to the the top in a cable car that rotates while it rises is fine if you are OK with heights. If you like to eat, Cape Town has more restaurants than you would ever need. The last one we went to was one called the Afirca Cafe. The food served is African. The menu is fixed. You are served a 16 course meal with each course coming from a different part of Africa. If you like any of the course, you can ask for more of that course. After 16 courses, my stomach was too full to have any more.
